This is my brain.

I really don't know how to describe this blog for you. I seriously have tried but have never been able to get it right. So have a look around, and decide for yourself. I mean for goodness sake, it's the thoughts of a 17 year old girl, what else did you expect??

Apparently we're all drowning, and I had no clue.

We had a massive thunder storm last night.

A loud thunder peel woke me up this morning at five, and I discovered that my cat is scared of thunder storms, because he was curled up next to me, he never does this. The thunder kept me up for a while.

When I finally got to sleep there was a HUGE crack of thunder that sounded like a gun shot!

Then we woke up at like ten and my Mom's friend called and asked if we were ok, and it turned out that there was really bad flooding all over the city!

Sorry Scotty, I misinformed you. The place where we are, War Acres, It basically one giant hill, so we didn't get any flooding, but everyone around us did!

It so bad in one place that when the firemen went to rescue one guy, their boat sank!

So what do my mother and I do?
We go to Goodwill and hang out at the library!

All flooding and danger aside, it made me immensely happy because I had forgotten the smell of Oklahoma rain!

Oklahoma weather just smells different.

The rains smell amazing, the snow smells amazing and just the air in general!

Also, it just sounds different here. At night, all the cicadas, crickets and other bugs come out and start to sing, it's like heaven on earth!

If ever you are in Oklahoma and you happen to be in a large field at night just lay down and listen. You'll fall in love.

Ooo! I hear more thunder! I like thunder storms and rain, but not tornadoes.

I hope there aren't any tornadoes while I'm here! I am not one of those Okies that stands in the back yard with a camera waiting to see the funnel. I take Gary England's advice and I take cover.

I would rather not be sucked up into a tornado to be slowly ripped apart while some cow flies around next to me..No offense to those of you who do like to chase storms. More power to ya, but I'm staying home.

Dang, now I really want to watch Twister!

"Cow..Another cow."
"No, I think that was the same cow.."

In other news, I found more records at Goodwill along with..*drum roll* Optimus Prime!

He made my day!

Oh that and I turned in an application to Goodwill, and the manager said that they were actually hiring for part time! Yay! I could possibly have a summer job!

Toodles,

K.Merch!

Warr Acres isn't one big hill...it's a bunch of hills! Anyway, my army is so going to kick your army's butt! :D Optimus Prime or no Optimus Prime. Get any good records? We didn't actually play any while I was there! I have come to the realization that I hate weather. If it's sunny I complain, if it's cloudy I complain, if it's raining I complain. I guess I just don't like weather. Actually, I like clear nights. Not too hot and not too cold with no clouds so you can see the moon (a full one) and the stars. Wow I'm picky...
